Located alongside lakeshore, residents of Waterclub F have a beautiful view of the lake which provides guests with a very rural vibe despite living in the heart of the city of Toronto.  The living area serves different functions with a comfy couch, workspace and easy access to the kitchen. This open concept  design leads into a spacious dining area allowing furnished apartment guests to host an intimate dinner party without compromising seating capacity.

The round glass dining table in the dining area features tempered-glass construction for lasting durability and ease of cleaning. The stainless-steel columns add a modern flair to the space and the kitchen has a glass breakfast bar with stool seating for two. The kitchen is also equipped with kitchen appliances (full-sized) including a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and is also fully stocked with utensils, a Keurig K-cup coffee machine, a blender and a food processor.

Combining coziness with visual appeal, the bedrooms contain style and personality. Equipped with comfortable queen sized beds; the rooms are designed with bedside tables on either side,  ample closet  space and comfortable lighting.  The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the bathroom for the second bedroom is located in the main hallway. The main hallway is also lined with closets, providing additional storage space for guests. The apartment also has a full sized clothes washer and dryer in the suite.

The Neighbourhood

Situated directly on Queens Quay West in the heart of the harbour front community is the gorgeous extended stay suite. Guests residing in the apartment have access to the city’s waterfront trail as well as the busy life of downtown Toronto.  Harbourfront Centre is just minutes away for guests who enjoy concerts, films, kid’s shows and dance performances through the weekend or week nights. The centre showcases the city’s multicultural community and proudly draws international talent hosting events throughout the year.

Queens Quay terminal houses a wide variety of shops and services as well as beautiful boutiques.  Open 362 days a year, the terminal has the Fleck Dance Theatre and Museum of Inuit Arts. The York Quay Centre also houses an art gallery, installations, and the Lakeside Terrace. There are open studios where guests can watch artists at work, there are galleries and displays of artwork throughout the building. These centres pose as a nice place to stop and explore for a little while when touring the city.

One of the defining features of the waterfront is the scenic trail that passes along lakeshore. Also known as Waterfront Trail, the path stretches along Lake Ontario beyond Cornwall in the east and Windsor in the south west. The path features separate bike lanes along with pedestrian paths making it ideal for all paces of travellers. Walking or biking in the summer months make the trail  extremely popular.

For guests looking to explore and visit other parts of Toronto, the Queens Quay streetcar (509) makes a stop in front of the building and will take you to Union Station. In addition guests can walk to south-downtown core and visit the Roger’s centre, CN Tower and the Ripley’s Aquarium. Additional sites include coffee shops, banks, convenience stores, restaurants and bars.

The Building

The Waterclub condo complex is made up of three sister buildings all connected via a walking path providing access to building amenities. The amenities area includes an indoor/outdoor pool, a billiards room, a quiet reading room and a BBQ terrace. The condo also contains a gym stocked with modern cardio equipment, free weights and a spacious yoga room. Guests can can enjoy a row of treadmills, stairmasters, and elliptical machines from 6am to 11pm at night.

There is also an exclusive underground parking spot, including unlimited wireless internet, cable TV, unlimited local calls along with  24 hour desk security.
