If you travel to Toronto on business, this beautiful extended stay apartment is the perfect accommodation option. With modern finishes, elegant decorative touches and efficient design, guests will not be disappointed.
There is a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom; it comes with complete bedding and extra linens. To ensure privacy from the outside world, wood shutter blinds is provided. The bathroom features a glass enclosed shower stall, a rainfall shower-head, porcelain bowl sink and chrome detailing. A full size clothes washer and dryer are also provided in the suite.
In the living area, there is a flat screen TV in front of the large soft couch and white coffee table. Our guests will find a separate workspace with white tier shelf and a clear plastic chair; perfect to get some work done late at night. The dining space features with a round glass dining table with two black leather chairs. The small balcony can be accessed directly from the living room.
The kitchen provides all essential appliances our guests might need, such as a half fridge, electric stove-top, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. Moreover plates, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and other small kitchen utensils are provided as well.
Our standard offering to our extended stay clients include free wireless internet, cable TV and Bi-weekly maid service (included for stays that are at least 2 months).
The Neighbourhood
Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, this extended stay suite is perfect for guests working in the Financial District. The building is located right at the intersection of Yonge Street and King Street, with King Subway station just one minute away. Through Union Station which is five minutes south to the building, our guests can access TTC, GO Transit and VIA Rail.
The St. Lawrence area is just a short walk to the east. Our extended suite guests will find many restaurants, cafe’s, bistros and bars, unique furniture shops and excellent theatres and cultural centres. As the most attractive landmark, St. Lawrence Market provides people with wonderful shopping and an exquisite food experience.
Want to get away from the busy downtown? Not a problem. Toronto Island is the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy serenity of nature. During the summer, there are over 75,000 people take ferry boats to the Toronto Island every day. They enjoy the best views of Toronto skyline from the lake along the way. The island has plenty of attractions for all ages, such as a small amusement park, a farm zoo, beaches and plenty of BBQ and picnic areas.
The Building
Corporate guests have access to a gym that provides modern cardio equipments, flat screen TV and weight lifting stations. Furthermore, the Shizen Spa (pay per use) which is on the second floor offers different packages for our furnished rental guests to relax after a busy day. As one of the best steakhouses in Toronto, The Wildfire Steakhouse is located on the main floor. Wildfire was presented with the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for the past seven years for its wine collection.
