Space and comfort, are the two main themes of this furnished apartment. Designed for guest who likes to lounge comfortably, the space features a fully furnished bedroom, along with clean linens, a fully equipped kitchen and furniture that is hand-picked  by our own in-house designer.

The living space is tastefully furnished with a blue two seater couch; the large windows behind the couch offer a great view overlooking the city while bringing in natural light into the furnished apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including pots, pans to make home cooked meals.

Entering the bedroom, the bed-side cabinets provide storage and add style to the room while the queen size bed ensures guests can have a good night rest after a busy day. When work is required, a desk table is also available providing the necessary workspace for our guests. Other features include a beautifully furnished marble tiled bathroom and an en-suite washer/dryer.

The Neighbourhood

Tucked in the corner of Richmond and Simcoe Street, the extended stay suite is located close to the fashion, financial and entertainment districts. Guests residing in the University Plaza have the convenience of being in the center of the city with quick access to the finest Toronto hotspots including Air Canada Center, the Rogers Center, and the CN Tower.

A few blocks west away from the suite is the Scotiabank Theater. Unique from other cinema’s, this location has 2 levels with a lounge/food area complimented with a full service bar. The theater showcases the latest movies in UltraAvx, IMAX, D-BOX and 3D allowing movie buffs to spend a night out and experience quality entertainment.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and take a stroll, Nathan Phillips Square is close by as well. During the summer months, the square is filled with people watching concerts, viewing outdoor art exhibitions, enjoying fresh produce at the farmer’s’ market and people sitting by the fountain eating lunch. In the winter months, the reflecting pool converts into a skating rink with skates available for rental.

Queen Street alone boasts an extensive array of stores, boutiques and shops. Guests can recharge with some good food, live entertainment and pubs. The TTC and GO Train service is easily accessible for guests looking to explore other parts of the GTA. Osgoode Subway Station is seconds away or guests can hop on the streetcar on Queen West.

The Building

Guests have access to the best health and fitness amenities with a private fitness club and a jogging track. University Plaza also provides a media room, games room with billiards and party room for guests to socialize. There is a 24 hour security on site and available parking.
