The living room has quality Canadian-made furnishings from Canada’s own Urban Barn.  Furnished with a comfortable couch, coffee table and a warm welcoming area rug, guests can watch TV or use that extra workspace to work from home. Just off the living room (to the right) is the kitchen and the dining area. Fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space and a large island allowing for more seating during dinner parties, the kitchen also comes with full-sized stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and additional appliances such as a Keurig K-cup coffee machine and a blender.

Both the master bedroom is furnished with a large comfortable king-sized bed with the Serta Posturpaedic mattress, specially customized from the exclusive Trump Home Line. The second bedroom has a full queen-sized bed; the third bedroom has a double-sized bed.

Additional ensuite amenities include a full sized front loader washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood

Located right at the corner of Blue Jays Way and Front Street, our fully furnished short term rental is perfect for those seeking access to everything “entertainment”. The Building

Signature Three’s amenities are located at the very  top of the building. Fitness buffs have access to a modern gym that is equipped with a numerous cardio machines, ellipticals and the stair master.

On the same floor, our guests will find a private theatre screening room, great for catching up on your favourite movies, a games room, a private outdoor terrace, a billiard room and an aqua spa.

There is also a rooftop patio with BBQ inviting guests to enjoy the city’s view and the spectacular Toronto skyline in the summer time. The building also has a 24 hour security concierge.
