The furnished suite features a fully equipped kitchen, a fully furnished bedroom and a generous sized walk in closet with plenty of storage. Guests can feel at home, by utilizing all the extra space to unpack, kick back and relax. Additionally, the den provides a separate living space which is well guarded from the main living area and comes furnished with a small couch and desk.
The Neighbourhood
The suite is located in the heart of the St. Lawrence Market; the largest indoor public market in the city. Located at Front and Jarvis St, the market houses many vegetable and fruit stalls, butchers, cheese stores and other restaurants/cafes. In the summer months St. Lawrence Market is home to several events, including the Strawberry Social Festival, Buskerfest (Street Performers Festival) and of course early Saturday farmers market in the north building.
Guests looking to relax can take a stroll in St. James Park which is filled with beautiful garden displays. If you’re looking soak in some of Toronto’s heritage, The Distillery District is the place to be. A great place for history buffs, the district has lovely restaurants with gorgeous outdoor patios and little shops. In the summer months the sunday market begins allowing guests to indulge in some local, fresh, unique, and artisan products.
For your early morning coffee fix, The Black Canary is an ideal spot with a comfy interior, cozy seating with high stools by the windows, small tables for romantic chatting. If you’re in the mood for some fine dining right at the corner of Sherbourne and Adelaide, there are numerous eateries such as The Patrician Grill on King St. for a classic fine dining, Belgian breakfast at Le Petit Dejeunner and Paganelli’s Risotteria for Italian cuisine. The Distillery District also has fabulous restaurants to pick and choose from.
The Building
The building’s amenities include a rooftop patio so guests can enjoy a nice BBQ in the summer, a party room and a meeting room. Guests can work off some steam in the spacious and fully equipped gym. The fitness room has bicycles, treadmills, a step machine and weights.
