The Neighbourhood

This extended stay suite is located in one of the most busy parts of the city. Surrounded by Toronto’s dense urban landscape, guests can visit Yonge & Dundas Square, The Eaton Centre, and the Cineplex VIP Cinemas all within 2 minutes (on foot) from the apartment. For movie lovers, the VIP Cinemas offers guests an intimate and entertaining night out, with luxurious double wide reclining leather seats, reserved seating, menu with great food and exceptional in-seat service.

Yonge and Dundas Square hosts community celebrations, concerts, events and promotions both during the winter and summer months. In the summer, the square hosts free weekday concerts, free movie screenings and other summer festivals bringing life and energy to the area. When not in use for events, the urban plaza becomes an open space for the public to enjoy. Buskers also entertain on the square while visitors can enjoy the cafe style seating.

The Eaton Centre is home to over 235 retailers, restaurants and services and is the most celebrated landmark of Toronto. Guests can enjoy shopping during their stay, enjoy a quick bite at the eatery or just window shop.

The TTC station is seconds away and easily accessible if you’re in to mood to tour some more.

The Building

The recreational facilities of the suite includes a gym with treadmills/elliptical machines and weight lifting equipment. Tenants can also enjoy access to a party room that can be booked for special occasions, a billiards room and a basketball court! Last but not least, the stunning rooftop garden contains an indoor lap pool and barbecue area. The rooftop garden overlooks downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario, which allows for stunning evening views, especially during the summer, when the city is nicely lit by all the building lights.

The building’s conversion from warehouse to loft condos has left its mark on the inner design of the building, giving it a very industrial feeling. Our furnished apartment guests will enjoy all of these amenities along with 24 security for peace of mind during your stay.
