The Mariner Terrace is a 1 bedroom plus den furnished apartment with floor to ceiling windows, showcasing the city’s spectacular view of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario

Engineered with hardwood flooring through out the furnished apartment, the suite has an open concept design. The living room contains a large comfortable leather couch for two, a flat screen TV and a single leather chair. With access to the balcony, guests can enjoy the outdoors and catch the gorgeous night views of the city.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with full sized appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a gas stove. There is ample storage space and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, glassware and other required utensils. Beside the living area and across the kitchen is a bistro table with two swivel chairs acting as a dining table or a workspace for guests looking to host a nice dinner party.  If you’re looking for a separate work area the semi-enclosed den provides an excellent workspace, separate from the living area and bedroom.

The bedroom comes equipped with a queen size bed and a full-sized closet. Along each bedside is a nightstand providing additional storarge. The bathroom contains a tub and shower combination along with extra shelving for guests. Additional amenities include en-suite washer and dryer. Bed linens are also provided for your stay along with clean towels.

The Mariner Terrace is ideal for guests looking to enjoy the city during the day and have access to entertainment at night. The extended stay suite is in close proximity to all major Toronto attractions.

The Rogers Centre, (also known as the SkyDome) was constructed on what used to be Toronto’s railway lands in 1989. It is the first stadium in the world to have a retractable roof as well as a hotel directly attached. The Rogers Centre is also home to the Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), the Toronto Argonauts (CFL) and the Bills in Toronto series (NFL).  If you’re looking for additional events, the Rogers Centre also hosts EPL soccer matches, tennis, UFC/WWE events, and dozens of concerts and shows.

If you’re in the mood for some peace and quiet, take a stroll to harbour front and enjoy Toronto’s Music Garden, Sugar Beach, The Queens Quay Terminal and more.  Other amenities in the vicinity include a large grocery store (Sobey’s), specialty coffee shops, restaurants such as Marche, St. Luis Bar & Grill, convenience stores, patios, and the Olympic Park

The Building

Guests have access to some of the most extensive amenities during their stay at the Mariner Terrace. The condo’s SuperClub (recreational centre) has an olympic sized swimming pool with a jacuzzi, full length basketball court, a sauna, tennis court, indoor bowling alley, games rooms, squash court, spin room and a running track. The gym is also fully equipped and has everything from cardio equipment to weights.

Clients can also join a variety of classes and recreational leagues. The building also has a 24 hour security.
