This extended stay suite is designed with modern furnishings and traditional decor creating a cozy comfortable home and has large windows bringing natural light filling the room with energy and vibrancy.

The living area is designed with a back leather couch for those who value comfort along with style.  Paired with a square coffee table and a flat screen TV, guests can enjoy a night indoors watching television or even enjoying the sunset from the balcony.

To the right of the living room is the open kitchen; great for entertaining. The kitchen area is also styled with a handy breakfast bar and stools for more seating. Granite counter-tops gives the area the luxury touch it deserves complimenting the look of this modern kitchen. Additional features include stainless steel appliances such as a cooking range, baking oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge. Other smaller appliances include a food processor and a blender.

Whether the apartment is used for a corporate sharing or for a large family, having two bathrooms and bedrooms provide privacy for our guests. The master bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable king size bed and also features an ensuite bathroom and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom provides a beautiful view of the CN Tower and the city’s skyline. Equipped with a comfortable queen sized bed, the second bathroom is located in the foyer along with an ensuite washer/dryer.

The Neighbourhood

Grand Trunk B is located just seconds from the Harbourfront Centre, the waterfront and Toronto’s famous landmarks. Surrounded by the best tourist attractions in the city, the suite is arguably situated in the most convenient and accessible part of Toronto.

The CN Tower is Toronto’s most well known landmark; busy with Canadians and tourists from around the world.  The structure showcases a 360 view of Toronto as well as provides world-class entertainment  including a wide range of attractions, exhibits and food. The new and exiting addition to the tower is the Edge Walk. The most daring attraction in Toronto, it is now the world’s highest full circle hands-free walk. 360 Restaurant is also part of the CN Tower featuring delicious food combined with a magnificent revolving view of the city.

The Ripley’s Aquarium opened in October of 2013. The aquarium features over 400 species of local and exotic marine wildlife including exhibits such as horseshoe crabs, sharks, and sting rays. For guests looking to visit the aquarium after hours, the “Sleep with Sharks” program encourages you to spend an evening exploring the area. You can also keep an eye out for special events such as our Friday Night Jazz or host your own event with a venue buyout or reception, and enjoy the unique sea life that inhabits our aquatic world.

For corporate stay guests looking to explore the city on foot, the furnished apartment for rent is located in a walkers’ paradise. Whether it be walking to and from work (financial district), running daily errands or looking for entertainment on weekends, everything is accessible.

Extended stay guests can also get to work underground during the cold Canadian winters using the PATH system. The underground PATH system can be accessed near Union Station and is a network of tunnels and malls that span underground covering most of Toronto’s downtown core. Leading to Yonge & Dundas square and Eaton Centre, there is tons to indulge in even on a cold winter day.

The Building

Grand Trunk B amenities include a modern gym with cardio machines/ellipticals, resistance equipment and free weights.

Located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, guests have access to a 25-foot indoor pool an enclosed courtyard where guests can enjoy a good read or get a good tan. The furnished condo is also required with a sauna and theatre for guests looking to relax.

The building also has a 24-hour security desk for peace of mind during your stay.
