The extended stay suite is ideal for corporate professionals looking for a spectacular city view. Located above the city’s financial district, the compact studio furnished apartment is neatly arranged and organized with a designated sleeping area, a living space and a dinner area with spectacular views of the city, CN Tower and Lake Ontario.

The living area contains a comfortable seating for two and cable TV.  The kitchen is steps away from the living space and is equipped with beautiful granite countertops and appliances (including a dishwasher, a full sized fridge and stove/oven combination) allowing guests to enjoy a home cooked meal and watch some TV while soaking in the city’s beautiful skyline.

The bathroom contains both a tub and shower combination and is equipped with clean towels. An ensuite washer and dryer can be found in the hall closet along with bed linens for your stay.

The Neighbourhood

Maple Leaf Square is located in the south-core of downtown Toronto; steps away from Union Station, the harbour front, and connected Toronto’s exciting underground PATH system.

For shopping fanatics just footsteps from your front door (below Union Station) is the PATH. Providing connectivity to other parts of downtown and to all the major office plazas in the city, the path offers shopping, food courts and a weather proof way to get around.

The location offers the utmost convenience with it’s local amenities. The square contains an LCBO and Longo’s Grocery Store for guests who prefer to cook up a delicious meal and enjoy a night in and other restaurants for guests who are looking for to dine out. A few restaurants in the area include the E11even, The Real Sports Bar & Grill, Rodney’s Oyster House and more.

To visit other parts of the Greater Toronto Area, guests can hop on the subway at any TTC station.

The Building

Maple Leaf Square is equipped with a fitness area for extended stay guests looking to maintain their exercise routine. The gym is filled with modern cardio equipment including treadmill /elliptical machines and a large collection of free weights. If you’re in the mood for some fun, the condo has a billiards room where our corporate stay guests can relax and enjoy with their families and friends.

Additional amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool deck. In the summertime, guests can relax on the outdoor pool deck and soak in some sun or enjoy the indoor deck during Toronto’s cold winters.
